Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. The exception to this is an in-house manufacture or shipping error. If you are sent the wrong product or the wrong fragrance we will correct the problem.
Being that our products are made-to-order, and many are custom scented, they are manufactured as they are ordered. This provides our customers with the most fresh product possible rather than something that has been sitting on a warehouse shelf for months. This will also ensure that the final product is what you expected it to be.
Being that each product is custom blended at the time the order is placed, there is a minimum 48 business hour turn-around time for processing and shipping. We make every effort to get orders processed and shipped ASAP. However, certain times of the year (ex. Holidays) delivery times may be extended due to higher demand and longer shipping times.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes....street addresses only.
Due to the nature of our products we advise to have someone personally accept packages. Please be sure to provide a ship to address that generally has someone present that can accept delivery. We are not responsible for packages left outside by any mail/package carrier. Nor are we responsible for packages that are not picked up or alternate delivery arrangements made once notice is left by the carrier about an attempted delivery of a package.
Any errors must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of package. Please check your packages carefully when they arrive.
We reserve the right to use the carrier service of our choice. If a specific carrier is requested additional fees may be charged.
Shipping & Handling fee is added to each order and is calculated as a percentage of the total cost of the order. In the event packaging and shipping costs less than what is charged a refund of the difference will be given.
We do not currently offer wholesale on our products. We do sell products from various companies and there may be consultant, preferred customer or affiliate opportunities. Please email us for information on the products you are interested in selling.
Sales tax will be charged according to the address the order is being shipped to. Please note that some states require sales tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges as well.
At this time we are only shipping to addresses in the United States (50 states). We are not currently shipping in territories of the USA (Guam, Puerto Rico, or Virgin Islands). And we are also not currently shipping to Canada. But we will keep you posted as these options become available.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. In addition, you may also send a check or money order to Tickled Pink Formulary, PO Box 907, Clayton, NC 27528. Please note that if you are sending payment via check your order will not ship until payment has been received and has cleared our account. No orders are shipped without payment in full.
